because he tends to 'flip flop" between the right and the left a bit,

but I don't see "hatred" for him.

I don't see it as a big putdown...Maybe just a little "tweak" to the Tweet?

He was sick a year or so back, and he got a huge thread on DU wishing him well.

I like Chris, honestly...He does annoy me sometimes, when he "flip flops",

but, for some reason, I find him very likeable.

If you've seen the chart Ed Shultz puts up often on his show. The 1% is way up there, while the 99% stays flat for the past 30 years.
