very rough. Surrounded by opulent wealth.

Lived in what eventually became Little Haiti. Poor area. Now it's the Eastside, an up and coming area.

wildfires will drive property values down and people to areas that can be defended. As for drought, well I guess that means anyplace were there's dependable rainfall or watersheds.

20 - 30 years from now, these will be the good old days.

The other guy, the attorney just as bad. Talks about developing affordable housing first..sure. As if any one of those living in the trailer parks could afford that
