Why not? The Georgia conversation that lasted more than one hour is enough to find the SOB guilty, "find me 11,780 votes which is all I need to win", it cannot be more clear, then we have the call to Rosen, "say the election was corrupt and me and the boys will take care of the rest"...Come on! How can that not be enough to put the SOB in jail?
What else do they need? Do they need to investigate the call to Georgia was real? We know it was. Same with the call to Rosen? We all know it was. Don't we have video that shows Mo Brooks, Giuliani, Don Jr and the buffoon inciting the mob? Come on!
This is very frustrating. Yes, they should investigate to find out more about the plans that went on towards the insurrection, but his illegal actions to overturn the election are well documented. All the people who incited the insurrection should be held accountable, they were all on it, they must have been part of the planning, they were all on the same page with their inviting violence rhetoric.
