This is the calibre of "evidence" across the board that the Dumdum camp presented to courts of law, anonymous posts by right wing randos on blogs and now this guy, a failed drug dealer trying to break into a gig as what--a crisis actor?

I can see why ROF thinks OAN is now toast, this should sink them completely, I don't think Dominion is in any mood to settle with a propaganda channel that was this desperate to smear them. Newsmax and Pox have slightly deeper pockets and might be able to make an attractive offer.

Personally, I'd go for the preposterous #1.3 billion in damages. They lied and they knew they were lying. While the judgment will be reduced on appeal, Dominion is in a position to hurt all these bastards enough that "fact checking" becomes part of their future operation.
