they are trained and coordinated disruptors using terrorist intimidation tactics against American citizens who provide healthcare to other American citizens.

Would not be surprised to find out that they belong to neo-Nazi and white supremacist groups. Or they are just plain Trump supporters. You just can't tell the difference anymore.
