Afghan leadership responsible for Taliban surge, retired Canadian general says
CBC News is learning that Special Forces will go into the Afghan capital of Kabul to safeguard the evacuation of Canadian embassy staff. Retired Maj.-Gen. David Fraser says he "is not concerned about Canadians," but finds the lack of will of the Afghan leadership "surprising."
