And Biden is certainly doing all he can, given the near-impossible circumstances on both fronts:

Afghanistan, with an uncooperative Taliban; and Covid, with even more uncooperative Repug governors.

Mistakes will inevitably be made in these crisis situations - but at least we have a president ON the job during all this.

Needy Amin would be on his golf cart right now, zipping from hole to hole (not counting Ivanka).

He was asked which scenario was the most dangerous for our country, the current difficulty about getting out of a failed war or the attack on our democracy on January 6th. He answered definitively that it's the latter.
