Ever notice how Jen just answers the questions without trying to avoid them, and doesn't totally rely on notes? This lets her fully listen to each reporter's question, paying full attention, instead of leafing through a giant notebook full of talking points as her predecessor used to do. It really used to bug me how Kayleigh Mcenany was always half listening while she thumbed her book of official responses.
