Bias is inevitable, but being aware of that bias and working to make sure you are reporting accurately, and honesty is the key.
I also agree that reporting "both sides" is not a requirement when one side is promoting a false story.

We need the Fairness Doctrine back. It used to be illegal to spread lies; still is in Canada.
We need to quit the "both sides" crap.
