Donald Trump is still desperate to get back on Facebook, and his lawyers recently tried to argue that the terms of service for using the website don't apply to Trump because he is a "government entity." At one point that may have been true, but the man left office more than eight months ago and no longer can claim any kind of government privilege as a private citizen.
