Jan. 6 Committee Issues A New Subpoena For Trump DOJ Official - The 11th Hour - MSNBC

Depositions for the first four subpoenaed Trump aides come due tomorrow and Friday. Former Trump advisor Steve Bannon has already indicated he will defy the summons. Rep. Adam Schiff has said the Committee intends to respond with criminal referrals to the Justice Department. Meanwhile, the Biden agenda is stalled on Capitol Hill and the FDA weighs booster data for the Moderna and J&J vaccines. Aired on 10/13/2021.
