He wants to commit to fighting global warming/saving the planet's environment from human destruction. And he realizes how fragile it is. Yet most of us go on our merry way never giving a thought to how we're affecting the planet.

A study by Washington University in St. Louis writes, "... gas-powered leaf blower emits nearly 300 times the amount of air pollutants as a pickup truck."

These leaf blowers have now been banned in some cities and in Calif.
Electric ones pollute less. Small changes can make a difference.
