CNN’s Stephanie Elam reports on what “Rust” director Joel Souza told investigators about the shooting that took place on a New Mexico movie set. Souza was injured and director of photography, Halyna Hutchins, was killed when actor Alec Baldwin discharged a firearm while rehearsing a scene.
