I don't know if accessory or access or negligence... obviously the gun wasn't secured in any way, the murderer posted pictures of the gun in social media.
This is a uniquely American problem, it's so unbelievably tragic🙏

Just discussed this issue tonight with my daughter, an elementary school teacher. She says there's little the schools can do, short of making our public schools into fortresses and that's very unhealthy for children's mental health.
