WTF? The insinuation, of course, is that he thinks that up until now, Biden had been weak and ineffective. That he was a doddering old fool? That he's sleepy? That he's disconnected? That he's incompetent?
Who is this jackass Matt Lewis, anyway? He should be downgraded and demoted to being just another amateur youtube whiner and crackpot pundit (or maybe there's a dime-a-word position for him over at Politico.)
