Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) is drawing condemnation for comparing Covid-19 measures in Washington, DC, to the Nazis in a tweet, posting what appears to be a Nazi document and noting that people should not comply with the city's requirement for masks and proof of vaccination.

Keep projecting Nazis are bad when their base are all pro Nazi? They carry the flag, they have the tats, they do the salute, they want Jews dead. If they keep shouting the Dems are Nazi like, their base May shift parties. But, we don’t want em. Start a third Nazi party to peel away 50+ percent of republicans. I was bored with YV the other night and just wanted to watch the first 30 minutes of Saving Private Ryan. Just to remind myself who the GQP side with on that beach. Fuck the GQP.
