Related: About this forumStates Refer Fake Electors to DOJ for Investigation BUT States Should Move on Prosecutions as Well
Two state Attorneys General, Dana Nessel of Michigan and Hector Balderas of New Mexico, have referred the fraudulent electors from their states to the Department of Justice for criminal investigation. We hear over and over again from DOJ officials that they will "follow the facts and follow the law wherever they lead." But what happens when we already have the facts and we already have the law, but we have no accountability for the command structure of the insurrection?
While the Department of Justice is double-dotting all the I's and triple-crossing all the T's, the state law enforcement authorities should take matters into their own hands and move out on criminal prosecution for violations of state laws.

by falsifying and submitting as true and valid, Pres. Biden electoral votes in those states that rump won (so Biden won instead).
In short, for every state the lying scumbags tried to claim via false electoral votes (seven thus far), democrats should do the same, tit for tat.
Of course, we won't, since we're (as democrats) are not law-breaking citizens.
But I do caution all of us to be very alert for other scams now, since this scam was caught and thus, the attempt to falsely claim these states' electoral votes for another candidate instead of the winner won't be tried again but republicans will try another way/method to continue the fraud.
This is on the scale of the state republicans overriding voter approval for Pres. Biden to win. Can you imagine the uproar that this would cause, if republicans in the state's legislative body decides to remit their choice for president instead of Pres. Biden?
First of all, voters in those particular states would be outraged that their votes were ignored (and rump substituted as the winner).
This is voter fraud on a massive scale (on a state scale), and deserves the harshest of federal criminal charges to be charged, such as wire fraud, deceiving, etc. and every single republican legislator a party to this fraud should be thrown out of office and charged w/ voter fraud.
Add'l charges (added later, for documentationary purposes for me only)...
At minimum, the criminal investigation of both parts of the plot involves potential charges under 18 USC §§ 371, 1512 and 2384 defrauding the United States, corruptly impeding an official proceeding and seditiously conspiring against the government.
