Prosecutor investigating Trump lays out timeline

Fani Willis, a Georgia prosecutor investigating former President Trump for his actions after the 2020 election, says she is heading into "phase two" of her investigation.

It is easy to explain the timeline, behind the scenes there had to be coordination with the DoJ and we are now at the point where DoJ made the decision for the prosecution to proceed in the Georgia jurisdiction. This gives an indication of how far along the DoJ has proceeded with the investigation, and how extensive the criminalconduct was. There are more targets and this particular effort in Georgia is part of a vast right-wing conspiracy, so small wonder it didn't wrap up in instant gratification for everyone in the nose bleed bleachers.
