(49,015 posts)Walls are closing in on tRump. He lost his accountants today and they repudiated him in no uncertain terms. So even if he ever had $1.3 billion to rub together (I doubt it), he sure doesn't now. And apparently he is not paying Ghouliani fees he owes him.

(49,015 posts)tRump not paying fees owed to Ghouliani. He probably does not have much money to defend criminal charges either. Unemployable? Radioactive?

(45,005 posts)He's been seen recently spending time with Trump.
Someone on MSNBC even theorized Giuliani may be
using the threat of committee to muscle Trump for cash
(or at least legal bills). Nothing surprises at this point...
except the fact that neither Trump or Giuliani are trustworthy.

(9,188 posts)If he is actually going to get to a point where he is willing to cooperate, which would mean violating attorney client privilege, and therefore surely be disbarred, Trump will stop it by asserting the privilege; it is Trumps to assert or waive. No way will he waive it.
