MF45 was tearing up documents at least as far back as 2018, and was being told he shouldn't do that. Fuck this hard to prove intent bs, he tore up, burned, flushed, and stole documents, some classified, that according to law must be preserved. There are still documents out there that have not been returned.
Congress passed the law back in Watergate when Nixon tried to hide the tapes.
It's like pulling teeth to get White House visitor logs and yet president Obama made them open to the public.
