A New York judge has ordered Donald Trump, Don Jr. and Ivanka to be deposed within the next three weeks in New York Attorney General Letitia James civil probe into their business practices. Justice Correspondent for the Nation Elie Mystal joins Tiffany Cross to break down how that could play out.

I don't mind saying it.

I'm afraid.

I sometimes worry that the Trump crime family will not answer for what they have done.

I really hope I am wrong.

But, then again, unless I read my history incorrectly, the likes of Al Capone were brought down on things like racketeering charges and if nothing else that is a glimmer of hope.
