When he goes somewhere INSIDE russia, the gps signals in his area are scrambled and don't work. He no longer appears in public in russia. Most of his photo-ops are staged.

That doesn't seem like someone who is not afraid.

Not afraid is appearing before both houses of congress with your vp and the speaker of the house right behind you.
