They have a brain. which might not be the case with Sununu.. Remember talking points are fed to them daily by the likes of Frank Luntz. All their comments are often political spin . Not necessarily in response to a question , but how it will be marketed to the larger voting public.. how this might be intended. Yes, a swipe at Powell. But , also reinforces racist instincts among racist voters..
it tell them , see they are all alike and rallies their 'base.' ?.
