The FAA has approved the Seattle police department to start using surveillance drones for law enforcement, but protesters are making it clear that they're willing to put up a fight. Trevor Timm, activist for the Electronic Frontier foundation, believes the drones will be used for all the wrong reasons.

(10,495 posts)4. K&R. 1984 just caught up! In Harris Co. (Houston) Tx they did the 1st test and theirs was like
the army's in size, just no weapons as they were quick to point out in the story. They claimed the same uses and bragged about using it to start pot farms. It could stay aloft for like 3 days. We are going the wrong way with our society.
