Gas Station facing lawsuits over cheap prices

I wonder what Wisconsin free-market freaks say about this situation.....

In general the reasoning behind such laws is to prevent a large, well capitalized company from entering a market and selling their products below cost until all smaller competitors are driven out of business.

The District and Regional Managers come in with sales goals on the crap, not fuel. That is how they get, up to 30% of their compensation, on the bonuses for pushing roller dogs, candy bars and smokes.
When ever they raise their gas prices, make it point not to buy anything in the store. They'll catch on very quickly.
I'd bet dollars to donuts that one station is killing them on those items. Costco gets its on membership cards.
After I retired, I got bored and got a part time job at a Speedy Station. I learned the ropes and paid attention. For what it's worth.

(7,024 posts)and gas at Woodman's was the same price as the others. Normally they are 8 to 10 cents cheaper.
