that people you don't like kill children and drink their blood (they are saying that about is too, incidentally.) That goes back to at least the 12th century CE, lthough I'm fairly sure (as sure as I can be not having been there) it was used in the 1dt century CE, and was not new then.

It may or may not be an advnce for the human race (it is an advance in awareness, but that doesn't mean it's necessarily a moral advance) that using children for sex is at least as evil as, if not worse than killing them.

And, on a more obvious level, it is projection.
