Will the people of this country rise up to defend Constitutional principles?

Will our elected officials find it in their guts to overcome the vast fortunes and media malice currently aligned to install (again?) a dictator?

Does the criminal justice system rise to meet the biggest challenge in our 246 year history?

Can the courts overcome their political corruption to make rulings in support of our democratic traditions?

Frankly, I am skeptical. Our citizens have become lazy, selfish, and delusional. We have stopped confronting uncomfortable facts with corrective actions. There is no issue that does not break along RED/BLUE fault lines.

With that context, I believe that it is likely that in the long-running battle of power vs. justice, power is positioned to succeed....once again.
