5. Well, GMTA, I think a Justice leaked it by ordering a clerk to do so

and I think that justice was Alito. It was leaked to Politico, not to the NYT or the WaPo or MSNBC or even CNN. It went to a right friendly website, something that should have limited its reach and restricted the audience. It was an obvious trial balloon and it blew up in his sanctimonious face.

I also think Franken was right about bringing contraception up for a vote. I would also like someone to propose an amendment declaring 51% of the population to be the natural slaves of the minority. I'd love to see how far that one got, because that's what slave state laws are proposing, in essence.

I still think this court is more likely to increase the right of slave states to erect hurdles to women seeking reproductive health care of all types. I don't know if they'll have the guts to overturn Roe completely.
