Ukraine said the last defenders of Mariupol have completed their mission and are being evacuated from the Azovstal steel plant. The apparent surrender of Ukraine's final stronghold in the port city would cede full control of Mariupol to Russia. Ret. Gen. Steph Twitty discusses.

1. They should bomb it to the ground so Russia can't use it.

2. I read a couple weeks ago that it would require major reconstruction in order for the plant to be

able to produce steel again. I'm not an engineer, but it might be easier to start from scratch depending upon which side is able to hold the territory in the long run.

3. I Have to Disagree.

My take is more along the lines of what's said in the opening of this video by Retired Lt. Gen. Mark Hertling. The capture of this complex was a forgone conclusion.
