At the same time, Justice Clarence Thomas continues to be scrutinized over everything from his wife’s MAGA activism to his calls for overturning precedents on gay marriage and contraception.

SCOTUS is acting like a Tribunal. But illegitimate laws are always ignored by some people, and enforcement requires universal adherence to the law and that is something not going too well nowadays.
