Who continued to live his life for years in spite of it - before requesting help - but Al's comments on the J6 Committee hearings were among the most consequential we've heard. He is absolutely right that, although it took courage for TFG administration employees to come forward with the truth, what a difference it could have made if only they had spoken out when these anti-democratic and seditious acts were actually happening, rather than waiting until now. Their testimony and tell-all books, after-the-fact, are all well and good - but if only they had spoken out when it counted, the impeachment hearings could have succeeded in his well-deserved removal - and the deadly January 6th insurrection could have been avoided altogether. Al Franken is still the best!
