1. How would Russia attempt to build a bridge without everyone getting blown up?

I would think they would be like big bullseyes trying to do such a thing. There is not even a natural tree cover since it has to be in the open.

3. Good question. They tried twice b4 at another river using pontoons. Both were blown out of the water
