When a candidate has a governor from a state completely unrelated to yours and is located on the other side of the country, coming to try to drum up support for you, you're in massive trouble.

Often the "visitor" wants exposure for his own political future. In this case, it's all about De Santis generating support for himself among the crazies who support Mastriano.
