Donald Trump has just filed a legally unsound and incoherent lawsuit against CNN for defamation alleging that he was defamed by CNN calling his conduct “the big lie” relating to his election disinformation. In filing this frivolous lawsuit however, Donald Trump has just opened the door to discovery on his conduct related to the insurrection and his spreading election disinformation.

This lawsuit was filed by a property tort defense attorney and a criminal defense attorney. First Amendment Cases are usually handled by top tier attorneys who specialize in in this area. TFG can only hire second/third tier lawyers.

This lawsuit if pure crap.
