why not establish a lending program that lends money to those less than white for their college education? I'm talking about loans that are personal to the college student for funding their college education one year at a time and not connected in any way with a college or those shyster education loan programs? At the same time, the government's involvement in all college student funding must stop, making it harder for whites to get college money --- except from their parents or trust fund.

that aren't connected to colleges or current education funding sources. Make it grant money with no strings attached on a year by year basis that wanna-be students c/would apply toward their education. Students who show their grades for the first year will be awarded with another year's grant. The frauds will be weeded out in the first year.

If the USSC messes with the current system the only answer to get around this USSC is to think outside the box.

It has nothing regarding loans or grants. Where did you get that from?
