The Supreme Court granted a temporary stay blocking the House Ways and Means Committee from getting Trump’s tax returns after Trump lost before the Court of Appeals. 4. Maybe, maybe not

Kavanaugh and Barrett no longer need Trump or the Republicans. They can continue to fight the good fight, or not. They have the robes and can kick back making six figures in an easy, tenured gig. They can do whatever the F they want and won't risk doing something demonstrably improper. That makes them dangerous wildcards to Trump and Company.

5. They don't need a briefing ... don't they have access to the court records from all of the other

cases already decided against releasing tRUMP's tax returns.

Lazy. Why don't they do a little work on their own and get the records from each court, that's already been involved w/ the cases and should have already reviewed these notes already on record?
