Seems to me, after all the stuff he pulled, being at the head of a violent insurrection of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, where people died defending the Capitol, he should have been led off in handcuffs at some point by now.

Then he should have been indicted, prosecuted in a court of law, hopefully convicted and sent straight to a supermax prison for the rest of his life.
