Ukrainian Foreign Minster Wants A Peace Summit By End Of February
The Ukrainian foreign minister is aiming to have a peace summit but the end of February. The announcement comes just a day after Russian President Vladimir Putin said he may be willing to negotiate over the war he waged in Ukraine.
But he continues, the Russians should be invited only after they submit to war crimes trials.
The Kremlin yields only to superior strength. Negotiations or peace summits will only happen after Russia loses the war. Russia will accept nothing but complete victory or defeat. If this war ends in some sort of a negotiated settlement, Ukrainians will never know peace because the Russians will never stop their barbaric genocidal attempt at conquest.
