(21,768 posts)This was not a wealthy person. He sent this con artist nearly all of his retirement savings and lost it all.
How this man is allowed to keep running his scams on TV is beyond me. The Trump kids were forbidden to be involved with anymore charity scams: why is this convicted criminal allowed to continue?

Pat Robertson, Franklin Graham and their ilk are CBR - Cash Based Religion.
Judas was an early, modern-day, conservative disciple.
Judas got 30 pieces of silver, but just once, for selling Christ.
Franklin Graham, Jim Bakker, Pat Robertson, and their ilk get millions of dollars repeatedly for selling Christ.
Judas was a fool for doing a one-time sale.

It's not so understandable now.
I guess it's just easier and more fun to believe in magic.
And it sure helps the few exploit and oppress the many, and get filthy stinking rich off of them.
Look at the Vatican. It has run the largest and most successful grifting scam in world history. Now it's sitting on untold billions.

(4 posts)What is even more fascinating is that this man with his past history is still allowed to carry on his dishonest practice and even more fascinating is that there are still thousands of people who still believe in him and support his folly ... he must be a republican !
