The outgoing Obama transition team waited for the incoming transition team as is done every changeover - but no one ever showed up. And even when dealing with a deadly global pandemic, there was no sharing of information. The Obama team had put together a pandemic playbook when dealing with Ebola, but the TFG team promptly threw that out. They were woefully unprepared and the American people paid the price. 
May they and everyone else who died during this pandemic due to the negligence of others, especially from the hateful and willful negligence and disinformation from Donald John Trump , Jared Kushner, and their enablers in the Republican party, be brought down by the full weight of the law. Goddess of Justice, so be it done! 
And I agree, as does anyone we hear from in the medical field, that TFG and his minions totally botched the pandemic response - not only was he in way over his head, but his minions/enablers were just as bad. We know that the Obama team had crafted an pandemic response manual during the threat of Ebola, but the geniuses working for TFG discarded it. And now we know that Kushner also bears major responsibility, the slumlord that TFG also assigned to bring peace to the Middle East.
