It was a time machine for me. We were a CBS family so I would have been watching Walter. What took me somewhat by surprise is that the broadcast was in black and white. I would have thought that in '70 it would have been color. I didn't recall the railroad strike or the first "girl" page, but I certainly remember the trial.
