they stressed the importance of them and how they help the non-union workers from being taken advantage of as well. How they helped keep our wages moving up. Non-union may not make the same but the pay scale would be a lot less, I think, than it is now.
If the unions didn't exist, workers everywhere would suffer under companies and executives that had more rights and power over their workers and could enact unsafe and unfair rules.
