Colorado Judge REFUSES to dismiss lawsuit to disqualify Trump from running for president - Kirschner

As all of American saw on January 6, 2021, Donald Trump inspired, incited and engaged in an insurrection. Moreover, Trump continues to give aid and comfort to insurrectionists by, among other things, promising to pardon those who attacked the US Capitol if he is re-elected.

Now, a Colorado judge has ruled that a lawsuit seeking to disqualify Trump's name form appearing on the presidential ballot in that state can move forward. Judge Sarah Wallace denied Trump's attempt to dismiss the lawsuit, and scheduled a trial for October 30th.

This video discusses the 14th Amendment's disqualification clause and how there are several paths to disqualifying Trump from holding office in the future. - Glenn Kirschner - 10/13/2023.

...the entire Constitution.

What would happen to the Second Amendment? The right to bear arms. Name me a dictatorship where they ALLOW their "subjects" to own guns. Why not? Insurrection by armed citizens would likely be the result.

What would happen to the First Amendment, the free speech clause? They surely wouldn't want anyone challenging the dictator with free speech.

What would happen to the 4th Amendment the right to privacy? Unreasonable search and seizure?

What would happen to the 5th Amendment your right to not incriminate yourself? Pleading the 5th.

Shall I go on?

I'll bet there is not one among us who doesn't want to give up their rights. PROTECTED BY THE CONSTITUTION.
And hand those rights only to a dictator and his trusted few.

Look at Putin; he has to look over his shoulder every day. Look at history few dictators live and die of normal cause.
