Paul calls me Willy, which I find amusing and irritating at the same time. Especially since he hates it when I call him Paulie.
Then again, I am evil.

So she had been back-and-forth between America and Germany many times, went to American schools, etc.

Her accent was USUALLY non-existent, but every once in awhile it would come out in HILARIOUS ways.

Her nickname was not for me, MiddleFingerMom... but PART of me (LittleMiddleFingerMom). She called it Fido.

I finally asked her how in the hell she had come up with that "intimate" name. She had been impressed by one

(20,043 posts)princess didn't start out as a term of endearment. He started calling me that whenever I was in a grouchy mood and slammed cabinets. He said I acted like a spoiled princess. It's a joke now; he has me in his cell as 'princess'.
He also calls me woman, yup just woman. He'll come home and say 'hey woman how was your day'. He rarely calls me by my name.
Everyone calls me either Jo or Jo-Jo--that's always been my nickname. My husband has never called me that. Everyone but him.
