From what I remember of tequila, I wasn't fond of it. Of course, I was drinking it straight in shots with salt around the glass edge. Only 4 shots for me, I could tell a hangover was coming on fast.

Trust me. Fine tequila is a clean buzz. Not an axe between the eyes. And the taste is unique, smooth, and memorable (in a good way!).

tequila is so plentiful and cheap south of our border, that it's used as mouthwash, antifreeze, disinfectant, cleaning solvent, or anywhere else that alcohol is commonly used.
I don't suppose, though, that Silver Patron is used for those purposes.
