(8,601 posts)A 35 degree drop (or rise) in high temperatures over the course of a few days is far from unheard of in much of the country. Climate change may make these events more common, but still, I don't see anything totally freakish in your forecast.

(24,146 posts)it's been see-your-breath cold two of the last three fourths of july and we broke 80 this st. paddy's day. we're looking at 80s later this week.
oops, new forecast: 80s early in the week and thunderstorms and snow late in the week.

(30,947 posts)And then up to the high 70s and low 80s by week's end. I prefer the 30s. I hate summer and spring heat. Give me winter year 'round.
