No one compares the sheer awesomeness that is Daenerys Stormborn, to that idiot Palin and gets away with it. Daenerys is the only ruler who actually seems to care about the common people. Daenerys frees slaves, Palin wants to bring back slavery. This is unforgivable, I hereby sentence you to take the black. /end rant.

Palin is a sellout, Daenerys could never be. Dany's mistakes have resulted from being too trusting, but she is able to adapt and she is intelligent, plus she really is magical.

Palin, trusts the wrong people even when she should know better and believes in magic in this world. Palin is more like Lysa Arryn.

25. Well, except the Dany comparison to Palin, which is absolutely wrong.

We particularly see in the third book that Daenerys is pretty damn smart and an inspiring leader who cares about the underdog. I think a much better Palin comparison would be Lysa Arryn--a superficial, vindictive woman who is not very bright and who has a strange relationship with her kid.

But other than that, yeah, pretty awesome.
