just made bagels for the third time

and these suckers look and taste great. I'm turning into a cooking guy of some type. I make a mean chicken pot pie, great bagels, a skillet pineapple upside down cake, pancakes, steaks, shepards pie and a litany of other goodies.

I'm not to hot on the deserts cause I'm not a desert eater but the main courses. Uh huh, Uh huh, Uh huh

Psst: I'm braggin' Made Pad Thai last nite, no leftovers between two people over a pound and a half of it.

I have to put them in boiling water for one minute each side. Is that what you mean?

They are good. I get 8 nice size ones from each attempt.

The second set weren't quite up to snuff, I used too much water in mixing the dough.

Boiling the dough before baking. It is nearly impossible to buy a water bagel in a super market or deli anywhere anymore.
There used to be a chain called Irv's Hot Bagels in the Philly area but they've been gone for years. They are special. Good on ya.

No idea if that pun works outside 9 or 10 southern states
