but it's not "lit" basically. It's unstable and flammable. Think a cross between napalm, nitroglycerin and Greek-fire.

Light it and it burns through everything, it even burns on the surface of water. Drop it and it explodes and ignites.

In the glass and clay jars, it's just inert. If the shelf collapsed, Kings' Landing would burn.

Another question, I watched the first season, but I don't remember Jon Snow killing a white. Do you remember how that transpired?

I've learned to tape the show and play it twice because I miss so much the first time around.

then they brought the guy into their fort (?) and late one night he reanimated and was trying to attack Mormont and Jon threw fire at him. Something like that.
