it's less than 7 weeks away now. Supposedly, some big deaths coming this season, as well as a marriage.

Not only Rick, which has been widely reported, but Maggie and Jesus as well. In addition, Aaron supposedly loses an arm. There will be two time jumps - one about 18 months to start the season, and a lengthier one after Rick dies. Looks like they're practically rebooting the show. Supposedly, Carol and Ezekiel get hitched as well.

7. WD devolved into about 25+% zombie fest, 5% plot, and the rest pure filler. A lot of fill.

with a few good action battles now and again. The first season was great because everything was so unexpected but went pretty rapidly downhill after that.Zombie overkill. Confess, though, loved the scene where Eugene rigged the guns ... SPOILER HERE.

2. I gave up on the writing on this show

awhile back ago. Use to love this show but the writing is just horrible and sub-par in every way imaginable. Same with Fear The Walking Dead as well.

On another note I highly recommend Better Call Saul. Best writing, acting, directing... just everything about that show is amazing and transcends even Breaking Bad which I never thought possible.

3. I watched season 1 of Better Call Saul

I thought it was so-so. Like Bob Odenkirk, though, and the dude that plays Mike.

Generally agree on TWD, though. It's gone downhill the past 3 seasons. However, they've brought in a new showrunner, so hopefully she can get it to rebound, at least in terms of quality.
